Lowell Kamin President, CEO & Chairman of the Board
A highly experienced financial services professional, Lowell's professional background is grounded in multi-faceted strategic thinking and business development for a variety of businesses. He has advised and raised funds for a range of Canadian and U.S. mining issuers, from the exploration phase to production. Lowell's experience includes working in the areas of securities analysis, asset management, investment banking, and capital raising, with a deep understanding of capital markets, small to medium sized enterprises (both publicly traded and private), and commercial real estate. Lowell holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in philosophy and business from The University of Western Ontario, and his real estate knowledge stems from growing up in his family's real estate business, which included owning Mosport Park in Ontario, Canada, from 1966 to 1998.

Killian Ruby Chief Financial Officer, Director
Killian joined Malaspina Consultants Inc. as President & CEO on August 1, 2018. His passion and interest in business, combined with his breadth and depth of experience in public practice working with both public and private companies, provides clients with a strategic financial advisory partner while also enabling Killian to help clients navigate a constantly changing regulatory and financial reporting environment. Killian currently provides CFO and strategic financial advisory services to a range of public and private companies across a number of industry sectors, as well as leading the strategic growth of Malaspina. Prior to joining Malaspina, Killian was an audit partner with Wolrige Mahon LLP (now Baker Tilly Canada) and a senior manager with KPMG Canada LLP and KPMG Ireland, gaining in-depth experience across a broad range of industries and working on both private and public companies, with listings on the TSX, TSX-V and SEC registrants. Killian is a Canadian CPA, CA and an Irish Chartered Accountant. He received his Bachelor of Science (Accounting) from the National University of Ireland, Cork and subsequently a Post-graduate Diploma in Corporate Treasury from Dublin City University. He also completed an Executive Education Program jointly offered by the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Baker Tilly International.

Scott Margach Executive Vice-President & Director
Mr. Margach is an experienced Analyst and Portfolio Manager having managed both Canadian and US public equities for more than 25 years, has managed fixed income assets and is knowledgeable about digital assets. Scott has a consulting backgrounf, helping asset owners and asset managers deal with the evolving challenges related to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) issues. Scott earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Carleton University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Mr. Prihar founded VIVA Care Medical and Move Health & Wellness. Presently, Gary is President at Move Health & Wellness and a director of Leveljump Healthcare Corp., Member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia, Member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of BC and Advisor at Mandala Capital, Inc. Previously, Mr. Prihar was President & Director at Optima Medical Innovations Corp., President & Chief Financial Officer for VIVA Care Medical and a director of LYTE Investments, Inc. Mr. Prihar received an undergraduate degree from the University of British Columbia.

Luke van der Meer Qualified Person
Luke van der Meer is a Professional Geoscientist in the Province of British Columbia and has over 20 years of experience in mineral exploration, mining, and civil engineering. Luke graduated from the university of Otago in New Zealand in 2001 and started his career underground mining with Barrick Gold in Western Australia where technical best practices form the corner stone of mineral exploration, and resource development. He was subsequently involved with numerous successful exploration projects, including Christmas Creek/Cloud break where he was a part of the initial resource drill-out team which contributed to the maiden resource of 2.1Bt Iron Ore, and has also been involved in numerous resource development projects in Canada including Shea Creek, and Raven Horseshoe Uranium deposits in the Athabasca Basin.
